Totally agree with the last comment. I have been coming to Puerto Pollensa most of my adult life and the ice cream kiosk has always been there - I can't believe its been taken away. The ice cream was first class, hence it was very popular with holidaymakers and locals. I think the café on the corner were jealous that the kiosk was so popular and decided to put a spanner in the works. I for one will not be visiting the café on the corner again and I urge everyone to do the same."BRING BACK THE ICE CREAM KIOSK", that's what I say

Yawn. What's next? Dog and lamp post shock horror? When will the MDB give us some interesting news and comment?

Shame but then plenty of other places to buy ice cream. Love all the cycling haters "bombing up and down pine walk" hardly. The huge majority pedal very slowly and show respect and may i aslo point out its not illegal to cycle there

What a shame... Love the ice-cream, travel across the island to eat Valls ice-cream. It's part of Puerto de Pollença. Why does the cafe complaint now????

user Steve Ransome | over 7 years ago

What a shame that is. I can see the Cafe's objection to it's location. Let's hope that the council will now stop all the cyclists that bomb up and down the Pine Walks. Perhaps there are no back-handers on that one though......

Shame on them..I cannot believe this....:-(

What a great shame, still the upside, at least now we can cram more bikes in Pine walks, so we can create more illegal cycling

The Chairs will be out this summer, the Mayor must think we all came down with the last shower of rain.brown envelopes will be flying around the council offices

Do not agree with the removal of the kiosk....and I will bet by july the cafe will have extended its tables over the vacant space
