A Spanish man died in a crash on the Alcudia road early yesterday after the car he was driving went off the road as he over-took a bus. He is the eighth person to die on Balearic roads in the last seven days. The accident happened close to the Pollentia ruin at 4a.m. yesterday morning. Three people died, including an eight-year-old boy, following a collision on the outskirts of Porto Cristo late on Tuesday night. Two youths, aged 14 and 17, died on Saturday when their car went off the airport motorway.
