The reality is that it's extremely doubtful that Spain is "worried" about losing British tourism over 6 quid. The facts show that non-british tourism accounts for over 3 times that of British tourism, none of which are objecting nor claiming it's all about them, there's little evidence of any decline in British tourism, and frankly, if you can't afford 6 quid (actually, 2 quid per year) then you have no business taking a holiday abroad.
