@Charles, while I agree with you on most of the ideas you mentioned, I must say that suggesting that cheap flights bring lower quality people is elitist and unfair. Respect and decency aren’t determined by financial status.

AmbergrilloNationality matters because there are white nationalities that would never been seen like that. Italians, Portuguese, Poles.... I could go on. I know Italy, as an example, very well and you would never see an Italian wearing just Speedos and socks strolling around Milan, Rome or Naples. They have more style and class than that. So we label this moron German or British because he's most likely to be one or the other and in an odd way it helps to understand his attitude which is uber arrogant and superior as are many of his fellow citizens when they travel "abroad." I am constantly ashamed of some of my fellow Brits who visit here with their horrid body and facial tattoos, half-nakedness and their overbearing "I'm better than the Spanish" attitude. They are not fit to travel out of their dismal suburban towns and villages and I'm sorry for the Spanish people that have to deal with and serve them. Ryanair with its cheap flights has a lot to answer for.

Another moron that should be banned from the island. If the government/police were serious, they could slowly improve Mallorca by banning all these types of idiots and slowly but surely the tourists figures and type of tourists would improve ie a reduction in numbers but better type of people.
