All comments spot on. What I find a little odd, in some of the coverage, is the implication that they’d been drinking heavily, that’s why their behaviour was so poor. Errrr no. Normal people can have a drink, enjoy their evening, maybe laugh? Being drunk is not an excuse. Bars selling alcoholic drinks does not make them in any way responsible. These people are thugs and criminals. Well done the waiter who stopped them throwing rubbish into the sea - he’s a hero. And we’ll done for the arrests! I’d ban them for life. Oh, hope they missed the wedding! Just desserts I think.

The nationality of these thugs is irrelevant. Decent people from any country would be appalled and angry that such trash is dragging their homeland into disrepute, be they English, Scottish, German, Dutch, or from any other proud nation. The silent majority of good people who visit the Balearic Islands will stand shoulder to shoulder with Spain in imposing the harshest punishments on anyone who disrespects the laws and authorities of Spain.

Absolutely disgraceful! Total chavs! Throwing beer cans into the sea!?!? Scumbags. They should defunitely be banned from the whole country, not just the Baleares. I wonder if it was a traditional wedding stag party? If so, it looks like they could be in even bigger trouble with the missus with the amount of females with them! Oooops!

This kind of tourists is totally undesirable in our islands ! I wish they can never come back to this country !
