Basically the same system in the US. Except ESTA (US) costs $27 for two years rather than 7€ for 3 years (ETIAS - EU).

Shock horror, We are British, we don,t have our fingerprints and photo registered unless we are criminals. Its the start of 1984 which we all read at school, some of us before 1984 ! Next they will be demanding we have ID cards . Anyway we cannot properly register the British population. Millions have come in in the last 30 years and the government doesn't have a clue who they are or anything about them. These people can make up what they want, be who they want, any age they want, and if they don't move out of their ghetto they will never ever be asked. That is plain truth of Britain today.
