Richard PearsonNo I had not heard of that parable ( sic), but I have heard of the experiments on rats where given plenty of space they live happily together. The more they are forced together with less space, the more aggressive they become. Same with humans in cities . Tourists should not need to be taught to be careful in any city. Re the frog, to me that fits perfectly with the immigration situation in the UK at the moment. Slowly slowly the genes of the English built up over one thousand years are being overwhelmed.

tranq tranquerThanks for pointing that out. I wish my parents had purchased an encyclopedia when I was younger. True, but have you asked yourself as to who is turning up the heat ? And it’s not only the English who are wondering about what the future brings. But don’t worry. The EU will undoubtedly find a solution, no doubt requiring even more paperwork to be submitted to head office.
