These days 'safe sex' involves a multitude of precautionary measures. It's not easy in a HAZMAT suit. My girlfriend worries that I might price hers.

I don’t think trolling is helpful? And a tad sad. But hey ho, whatever floats your boat. I care about Mallorca, the people, the economy. In terms of media and the season, boosters are (in my humble view) the way ahead. Positive stories in the press will help bookings. Also, from a personal view, I will be jabbed so that I can visit friends and most importantly family. Hoping all of you chaps - vaxed or not, a happy and healthy Christmas. Thank God for free speech. But perhaps, in these hard times, keep it kind :)

At least James is not in "panic" mode as are some who want to "control the uncontrollable".

@Dan - fear mongering on a Majorcan newspaper isn't much better. Even with massive rise in cases, deaths same as almost no cases there. Omicron is showing to be nothing the same as Delta which is a great thing. Further.. percentages are manipulated into however we want to look at it. 8% of 25 and 25% of 8 end up with the same result, it just looks different in a dramatic way. Let's let everyone breathe for a second and relish and hope that Omicron is actually our little savior of getting back to it being just another season of fly or colds or or or just another human thing we deal with .

(a---hole)...what a shame that he doesn't use his 'undoubted wisdom' to do something more meaningful....however isn't it always the case the case that those who should loudest from behind some kind of cover are usually the last to reveal themselves and do anything real....Merry Christmas to all, even James - stay safe!!
