Heavy rain and storms continued to affect Majorca today. Parts of the island, which had not been particularly affected on Friday and earlier in the week, experienced downpours. In Puerto Pollensa, 39.6 litres per square metre fell. But again the rain was uneven. While it rained in Alcudia, it wasn't heavy. The contestants in Ironman may have avoided being drenched in the base town for the event, but they did elsewhere.
