This relates to a story yesterday about holiday rental control. The property needed an ETV to be rented. It didn’t have one. This is the law - why did it take wild parties to close it down? Enforce the rental law … simples.
Here's an idea... Illegal holiday lettings should be expropriated for use as social housing.
