Palma's Nit de l'Art, which translates to "Night of Art" in English, is an annual cultural event that takes place across the islands capital.
This vibrant and exciting event is a celebration of contemporary art and culture, bringing together artists, galleries, and the public for a night of artistic exploration and enjoyment.
Galleries will be open from 6pm until 11pm.
The Nit de l'Art typically occurs in September and marks the beginning of the art season in Palma. The event takes place in the historic center of the city, where numerous art galleries, cultural spaces, and museums open their doors late into the evening. The streets come alive with exhibitions, performances, installations, and other creative presentations, showcasing a diverse range of artistic expressions.
During Nit de l'Art, visitors have the opportunity to engage with local and international artists, view new exhibitions, and experience a dynamic fusion of traditional and contemporary art forms. It's a unique chance to immerse oneself in the local art scene, discover emerging talents, and appreciate established artists' works.
