The annual 'Charity Walk - walk for those who can’t' has been one of the largest fund-raising events of the Rotary Club Calvia International on Mallorca for over 30 years.
The annual Charity Walk is organised by the Rotary Club Calvià International, with the support of the municipality of Calvia and all revenue goes directly to the non-profit organization ASDICA, which takes care of the needs of disabled children and their families in Calvia. The aim is to make everyday life easier for these people and to make it as happy as possible.
The Charity Walk offers 2 different guided hikes. The first tour is about 2km, the second tour about 8km. In addition to the beautiful landscape at the foot ot the Tramuntana, you will also learn interesting facts about the local flora and fauna, as well as other exciting things about the island.
People can enjoy a wonderful day on our beautiful island and support people who need your help.
This popular event will start on Sunday, April 28 at 10.30am at the Finca Galatzo (registration before starting the walk at the bar ‚Sa Vinya‘ in Es Capdella) followed by a barbecue and live music by Izzy Newman.
