Chef Marc Fosh will host a unique charity dinner on November 16 at Puro Grand Hotel, aimed at supporting those affected by the DANA.
Inspired by the historic spice route, the event will feature a five-course meal showcasing rustic Mediterranean flavors and aromatic spices from the East to the Mediterranean.
This special night offers guests a culinary journey in the setting of an authentic palace, combining cultural diversity with exceptional gastronomy.

- Tartar of marinated tuna with Persian “Advieh” spices, carpaccio of Soller prawns, plankton jelly, “Muhammara” & smoked red pepper consommé
- Lobster ravioli with cauliflower puree & spiced tandoori-coconut bisque
- “Bombeta” rice from Sa pobla with Za'atar crusted pigeon, parsnip & lovage emulsion
- Local suckling pig with carrot “Pincho Moruño” puree, mandarin & sherry vinegar jus
- Preserved lemon cream, pistachio dukkah, cherry-rosewater sorbet & ras el hanout caramel
