On Saturday 4th May the Fira de l'Oli de Mallorca returns to Palma's Plaça Major with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the producers of the Oli de Mallorca Denomination of Origin as the main character.
This is an event that year after year attracts more and more visitors attracted by the excellent opportunity it offers to discover the diversity and uniqueness of the quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils produced in Mallorca through their own processors and producers, as well as other gastronomic products and even cosmetics formulated with olive juice.
In this fifth edition of the Fira de l'Oli de Mallorca visitors will be able to find EVOO from the producers registered in the Designation of Origin Oli de Mallorca Aubocassa, Son Matge, Treurer, Son Catiu, Picarandau, Novembre, Oli Can Gori and Son Mesquidassa, as well as Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc and the DOP Oliva de Mallorca.
From 10am to 3pm, the Fira de l'Oli de Mallorca will feature the music of Monkey Doo and storytelling by Espill Teatre, ‘N'Estel d'Or’.
