Cala Millor, it might be said, bookends the tourism season with special entertainment for its visitors, while not neglecting the resort’s residents.
Cala Millor is the only place in Mallorca which has a major fiesta for tourists - a week-long occasion in September that has been held since 1983. But the mix of events always has a local feel, and so it also is with the Spring Fair. On Friday, there are dance acts, including flamenco, while on Saturday there will be a tribute concert.
El Hombre 80 recall the 1980s, a decade of great social change, symbolised by groups under the banner of the La Movida movement. As well as the entertainment, there are stalls and food trucks. Note that the fair is only on in the evening.
