Wipeout Surf Film Festival is back for it's third edition

A Wipe Out occurs when a surfer fails to stand on the board or crashes into the sea, symbolizing resilience, change, and adaptation.

This inspired the Wipe Out Surf & Sustainability Film Festival, a documentary event focused on surfing and ocean preservation. The festival turns surfers into advocates for raising awareness about the deterioration of our seas.

The 3rd edition of the Wipe Out Surf & Sustainability Film Festival will take place on September 20th-22nd at Port Adriano. Expect exclusive film screenings, live music from local and Spanish bands, food trucks, workshops, and activities, all promoting Mediterranean sustainability and ocean-related sports.

Friday, Spetember 20

• Opening of Wipe Out Mallorca Surf Film Fest 2024 with Paco Colombàs DJ Set from 6pm to 8pm
• From 8.30pm screenings of Cuentagotas by Xavi Lucena, Up To You by Be Sweer, Children Oh Tehaupo by Oxbow and Convergence by Perrygershkow
• Groovert DJ Set from 10pm
• Closing at midnight

Saturday, Spetember 21

• Opening at 11am with a Paddle Out, claiming a healthy and full of life Balearic sea (Pacte Blau Balear)
• At 1pm Acoustic Vermouth with Calama Surf Contest (free access)
• From 3pm to 6pm there will be educational workshops run by various environmental NGOs. There will also be a skate park, surfing on canvas and the Jardí de ludoteca
• From 6pm to 7pm concerts will kick off with Galea and from 7pm to 8pm music by Weeds
• At 8.30pm screenings will start with The beauty below by Seatrees Sustainable surf foundation, Walk About by Oxbow, Hopefully Tomorrow by kyliancastellsdelavega,
• The New Beginning by Nacho Sebastiá and Mundaka the legendary day by Oxbow: Kepa Acero
• At 10pm music by Bilo
• At 10.45pm Mayans DJ Set
• Closing at midnight

Sunday, Spetember 20

• At 6pm music by Colorado
• At 7pm music by Go Cactus
• At 8.30pm screening of Territorio Africano by Gauchos del Mar ′
