Influential in moving 1980s Chicago house music on in new directions, he attained mainstream success with remixes for Everything But The Girl. It’s not always the case that remixes are better than the original, but ‘Missing’ was. It was a worldwide sensation, made Tracey Thorn one of the most in-demand vocalists for electronic dance acts and propelled Todd Terry to the very top. He is in Mallorca this weekend for a session at the Amok club.
