Mallorca’s versatile vocal group

Formed in 1994, vocal group Cap Pela are particularly well known in Mallorca for their Christmas concerts.

But they do of course perform at other times of the year. They have, for example, appeared at the famous concert at the Torrent de Pareis (Sa Calobra) at the start of July.

The seven-member a cappella group has a highly varied repertoire. It depends on the occasion, and there is the promise of new additions to this repertoire for a concert in aid of Projecte Home Balear, the charity that was set up in 1987 to help young men with drug addictions.
