After what seems like an eternity - it was in fact December 14 - Real Mallorca are back at home for a La Liga match.
They'll be taking on Real Betis and enjoying the somewhat unusual experience of being higher in the table than the Seville side. It's been a decent season for Mallorca, and there have to be ambitions of European competition next season. But one match at a time, as teams always insist.
There's a lot of the 2024/2025 season to go yet. Three points against a Betis side, who can boast Spain internationals like Héctor Bellerin, Isco and Diego Llorente, wouldn't go amiss.
