It is a question of full sail ahead for the Bulletin and its readers at the Palma Boat Show on Thursday April 25. We have organised a three course lunch for readers at the excellent Can Eduardo Restaurant along with a guest speaker and free tickets for the Boat Show so that you can visit after the lunch.

The Boat Show is taking place next door to Can Eduardo. Join us for a great afternoon of good food, fine wine and an insight into the local nautical industry at Can Eduardo. Afterwards you can see the Boat Show for yourself!

Lunch will be served at 1.30pm

Menu

Starters

  • Bread, alioli & olives
  • Iberian ham and cured cheeses, Majorcan bread and tomato
    Brandada of cod with marinated Mediterranean vegetables
  • A selection of home-made croquettes
  • Mussels with white wine and cream

Main courses

  • Loin of cod gratinated with honey aioli, false potato risotto and spinach or
  • Veal steak with potato gratin and sun-dried tomato pesto

Dessert

  • Basque cheesecake
