BEWARE OF THE ROBBERS
Dear Sir,
MY sister and her family have just returned from a holiday in Cala de Domingo on the eastern coast of the island. I wondered if you are aware of all the robberies against tourists in this place!! I think it is something that should be put in your news bulletin as a warning to other tourists. They were actually robbed on two evenings. It is a despicable crime. There were eight rooms robbed on the one night. One of the worse things that happened was that a toy dog belonging to their daughter of six (which she has had since she was 2 years of age) was stolen. This child is traumatised by this loss and is having sleepless nights. I realise that these events can happen anywhere but I do feel that you should make mention of it in your bulletin as a citizen of a beautiful place.
