F OR John Prescott (Lord Prescott) for questioning Queen Elizabeth's health in a newspaper article and suggesting that she should consider abdication. As a member of the Privy Council Prescott should know that such a decision would be the Queen's alone and that for a number of reasons she is unlikely to take that course. In any case, she looked in very good form at Thursday's Maundy Money service in Oxford. As a Privy Councillor Lord Prescott took an oath of loyalty to the Queen and he should remember that.
