Dear Sir,
Ryanair seems to come in for a lot of criticism, but I am writing in praise of their customer service at the busiest time of the year.
I inadvertently (carelessly might be a more appropriate choice of word) booked two seats for my super slim son, on a Ryanair flight from GB to Palma, after having been timed out on my computer at the first attempt.
