Dear Sir,

We were enjoying a peaceful time at anchor in Cala Blanca yesterday afternoon, after a lovely sail, when the Cormoran Vent Catamaran arrived with a large party of guests on board. They proceeded to blast us all with ear shatteringly loud music for about half an hour, whilst their guests swam. How very sad that one of the delights and priviledges of Majorca, its lovely peaceful calas, is not respected by the very companies who benefit from the tourist industry.

Dear Sir,

Just feel that the Bulletin needs to be aware of the impact BMIBABY flights could have on Majorca next summer. As regular visitors to Majorca, we wait each year for the new summer flights to go on sale and join the scramble to get the best deal flying from Cardiff. This summer we got 4 flights mid-August for £400 but the cheapest deal with the Summer 2009 sale was £900+!!!! The credit crunch bites! Add the low euro rate to the mix and all this is making Majorca and Spain an expensive destination.
Normally, we would have already booked a summer flight and a flight to Malaga in March. We are not alone, friends who have apartments in Spain are also not booking at the moment.

Brian Lewis
