Dear Sir,

my wife and I made another of our regular visits to your beautiful Island for a long weekend at the beginning of this month. I have been a visitor to the island every year since 1998. We will not be returning.

For the first time we felt very unsafe and had to run the gauntlet of numerous African women every time we walked back to our hotel at the top of Carrer Martin Ros Garcia.

We watched many young tourists being robbed, and when my wife warned two young lads of what was about to happen she was slapped by one of these criminals.

All the bar owners know what is happening, where are the Police?

If the authorities do not stop these women now your tourist trade will be over, and will probably never recover.

Please do something now .

Regards Paul and Diane
