Dear Sir,
The winter tourist is obviously not valued. For many years I have been commuting 6 to 7 times in the year to Palma, in the months September to end of May.
I travel Air Berlin from Terminal C. Departing 12 November I was shocked to find the newspaper/book kiosk closed at Terminal C next to the Air Berlin transfer desk. I was informed it would not open again until end of March. Having relied as always on buying a book there I had nothing to read on the flight (except for what is provided by Air Berlin). Although obviously there are not so many passengers as in the high season there was still plenty of passengers at Terminal C which is the hub of Air Berlin. Closures as this do nothing to help winter tourism.
Kind regards,
Lily Claire Reitlinger
