Dear Sir,
For some reason that I cannot understand, Correos (Spanish Post Office) have suddenly refused to accept letters for Britain and no stamps will be sold for that purpose.
I was informed on Wednesday, 2 December, by the shopkeeper at the paper shop in El Toro, who was unable to give an explanation for this behaviour .
And I wonder if the Daily Bulletin can shed any light on this matter, as it means that we will have to post our letters and Christmas cards etc. at Son Ferrer, Magalluf or Santa Ponsa, which for me and other non-drivers an inconvenience to say the least. I have lived in Spain for over 30 years. Never in that time, have I encountered such high - handed behaviour from a publicly funded company. I would appreciate any help you and your staff may offer, Thank you,
Yours Sincerely,
