Dear Sir,
Far be it for me to question what democracy is but I feel that the Brexit referendum should be rerun now. My reason is based on the grounds that only now can the vote be truly democratic because now all the expats in Europe have the right to vote.

During the whole of the campaign for the referendum, neither side mentioned the expats at all. That, in itself, tells us that the vote was not democratic.
