So, the special relationship is over. Until recently it had appeared that US presidents had taken up permanent residence in Britain: Bill Clinton and Barack Obama were frequent visitors. But now Donald Trump tries to find every excuse to stay away. The fact that Britain can't get the leader of its number one ally to visit doesn't say much for the special relationship. In some ways it is rather sad: Britain and the US have many shared common values and both nations have stood shoulder to shoulder with each other for decades. But enter Trump.

Mark I see the no sense of humour muppets are out in force again ! Sad
What is it with the seemingly regular commentators who do nothing but criticize. Why shouldn't the editor comment on anything he wishes to, it's his personal space, this editorial section. Criticise the content but not the subject please, and do that at the very least, courteously. And get things right. There's no such country as Great America, might you wish to add the honorific, don't capitalize it. As for the other two......please at least try to spell check before you press send, it would have the effect of making your points more thought out than they seem to be when complete with schoolboy errors
Breaking news! All Spanish and Mallorca news put on hold , as editor of local paper again comments on matters irrelevant to local community. When will we get an editor of substance?
Sadiq Khan needs to shut up !. GREAT BRITAIN and GREAT AMERICA have always gone hand in glove over policing the World. Should wars occur again, both Countries must combine to deal with those possible problems. North Korea and Kim Wrong-Un !!., are a classic example of the dangers both major powers may have to join, to deal with future threatened tub thumping rhetoric.
Tromp for mayor and Boris priminister Brilliant
Yes, presedents come and go, fortunately so do London Mayors. Satiq Khan is going to spend an estimated £1.2 million of tax payers cash to organise anti Trump protests. Money better spent on London citizens housing needs etc. Disgraceful.
