Willie Walsh, the Chief Executive of the International Airlines Group, said that demand for flights won’t return to 2019 levels until 2023. His group includes British Airways and Iberia, two of the largest airlines in Europe. It is a telling statement from one of the most respected people in the industry.

UK cyclists are very very keen to get back to Mallorca.
What planet are you on? Willie Walsh may be an industry leader but he’s certainly not respected. Nor is Alex Cruz. They are both turning the crisis into an opportunity. Thousands of BA staff, almost all of them except for the fat cats, have been offered new zero hours contracts or they get fired. I feel for them and all others in the U.K. and Spain who will basically get s****ed by major corporations. Thy are rubbing their hands with glee.
