The case of Joan Gual de Torrella is curious insofar as the Balearic Ports Authority, of which he is president, is a state authority and yet he, as with previous presidents, was appointed by the regional government.

Well stated and worded Andrew Ede, especially the last paragraph. Gual and his management should do the right thing and leave. But they probably trying to hang on, as when they leave, they will lose total control and no doubt a lot more will be uncovered. You can bank on that.
As if the reputation of this institution could be any worse than it already is.
