The Airtours group which bought the Bellevue Complex in Alcudia for 75 million pounds earlier this year is planning a grand re-opening on May 5. More than 2'000 people are expected to attend, including the Chairman of the Airtours Group, David Crossland. The party gets underway with a performance by the O.K. Big Band, followed by the Platters, the Spirit of Irish Dance followed by the Abba experience. The Bellevue is one of Majorca's biggest holiday complexes. Recently Airtours have gone on a major spending spree, buying some hotels and taking over the management of others. The group brings about a million tourists to the Balearics.
