It was a tragic Saturday in Majorca when three persons died in two accidents on the roads. Two people named as Adolfo Fernandez, 23, and Nicolas Oliver, 21, died when the car in which they were travelling was involved in a collision with a coach on the Alqueria Blanca road near Felanitx at 5am. The three other occupants were concussed and had to be cut free from the wreckage by firemen. The coach was taking 26 German tourists to the airport. The driver was unhurt and only one of the passengers, a 61 year old man, sustained slight injuries. The second accident occurred at 11.20pm in Can Pastilla, near the Hotel Elios. A man named as Martin P C, aged 59, died when his car was involved in a head-on collision with a beer delivery van.
