At the end of this month, Majorca will witness one of the biggest gatherings of international sporting personalities who will all be taking part in a three-day charity event called Planet Mallorca which has been organised by Boris Becker. From formula one drivers to ex-football stars from across Europe to super models, they will all be taking part in a charity golf tournament in Camp de Mar on April 29 and then an all-star charity football match at Son Moix on April 30. The organisers hope to raise over eight million pesetas from the football game, which will include stars Jose Camacho, Bernd Schuster, Mirko Votawa, Lothar Matthaus, Rolf Meyer, Stefan Kuntz and English player Toni Woodcock. The spectacular event will kick off on April 28 with a gala dinner which is to be held at the Camp de Mar hotel.
