The death following an asthma attack of a Scottish woman who was here on honeymoon, reported briefly in yesterday's Bulletin, has been attributed to a series of errors, and the courts are looking into the matter. According to sources, the woman suffered an asthma attack at about 1am on Wednesday in a bar in Calle Santa Ponsa. The emergency service 112 was called and an ambulance requested, but the wrong address was given, or it was misundersood by the operator. It went first of all to the Avda Santa Ponsa but then, as Calle Ramon de Moncada has been dug up for road works, it had to detour via the motorway. In view of the seriousness of the woman's condition, a second ambulance was called but did not arrive for 20 minutes
