IN a bid to attract more females to Son Moix, Real Mallorca will offer substantially cheaper season tickets to the fairer sex for the second season running. The price of the cheapest male season ticket will be 37'000 pesetas, while the equivalent ticket for a female will be priced at 26'000. The season tickets will be valid at Son Moix for all league matches, Copa del Rey matches, and first stage Champions League matches (or UEFA Cup), as well as games played by the youth team. Highest priced season tickets, under the covered area of Son Moix, will set you back 98'000 pesetas, unless you are a women, in which case you will only have to cough-up 75'000 pesetas. There is also a range of discounts for children and under-23 year-olds. How the club would justify their pricing to the sex discrimination board is unknown. The prices are an increase on the cost of last year's season tickets, reflecting on the team's matches in Europe, which should hopefully run into double figures. Meanwhile, the hunt for a new manager looks set to end tomorrow after the club said on Friday that a replacement for Luis Aragones would be announced before Tuesday.
