Hasso, 76 and getting married

Majorca's car hire tycoon Hasso will this weekend be getting married for the sixth time, his last wife ran off with one of his bodyguards. 76-year-old Hasso and 23-year-old German Peggy will tie the knot on Sunday at a hotel in Berlin where Hasso has hired out 30 rooms for the celebrations. The couple will then be jetting off on their honeymoon. Hasso says that it is true love. Peggy is one of around 100 girls, all under the age of 30, who put their names forward when Hasso launched his quest to find a new wife in the German media. The couple have lived together at the millionaire's Esporlas mansion over looking the sea for the past three months, and now Hasso believes that the time is right for them to become husband and wife. The traditional German wedding and the honeymoon is expected to set Hasso back some 20 million pesetas, but Hasso says that when he married his fifth wife in Las Vegas a few years ago, he spent nearly 100 million pesetas. He is in the process of divorcing his last wife and once the divorce is settled he says that he is thinking about moving to Andorra, with his new wife Peggy.
