Landslides close two roads

Two roads remained closed to traffic in Majorca yesterday because of rock falls and landslides. Guardia Civil Traffic department sources said that the heavy rain of the past few days is what has caused the rock falls which have closed the roads between Soller and Lluc and the viewpoint at Ses Barques and Coll de Sa Batalla. Early yesterday, a land slide inside the tunnel on the Son Servera to Capdepera road forced police to close the tunnel while enginneers cleared the road.
