Electronic ticketing for cargo on Iberia

IBERIA is to extend it electronic ticketing to its cargo operations from September, as part of a project named Iberia Cargo e AWB.
This new system will replace the existing physical documentation and the information will be filed in a register on a database.
The information held will contain detailed information about the originator of the cargo; origin and destination of the flights and transfers on its journey; the number of pieces of freight, their weight and dimensions; the cost, type of cargo and special information for handling.
