CITY Hall's meeting chamber was opened yesterday to some 70 children with sight and hearing defects so that they could get close to the three Kings after the parade, said Councillor Eberhard Grosske.

Another 80 children suffering from serious diseases were also able to enjoy the parade from a specially equipped tent set up en route.
