Newsdesk TWO people were hurt in a traffic accident on the Son Castello industrial estate yesterday. The accident happened just after 2pm at the junction between Gremi Sabaters and Gremi Fusters and led to long tailbacks while the emergency services treated the victims and cleared away the damaged vehicles.


According to 061 emergency service sources, the two victims suffered minor injuries but both were taken to hospital in Palma.
One was taken to Son Dureta, while the other was rushed to the Clinica Palmaplanas.
The cause of the accident was still being investigated last night.
