By Brett Gibbons BAR owner Adam Goodfellow has been inspired to open an auction house in Magalluf by an appearance on a daytime TV show. Adam, who runs Goodfellow's in the resort, is set to hold his first sale on March 5, and he's already received some interesting items to place under the hammer.

The first sale will include a genuine Versace dinner service valued at 9'000 pounds, an oil painting of yacht Morning Cloud by former prime Minister Sir Edward Heath. Adam commented: “My wife Stephanie and myself appeared on David Dickinson's Bargain Hunt and it made me realise there was nothing in Majorca which staged a typical British style auction. “
