SPAIN'S Conferdation of Hoteliers (CEHAT) has predicted that tourist accommodation in the Balearics will have an average occupancy rate of 73 percent his Easter, which although positive is below the national averge of 85 percent. Within the Islands, Ibiza has emerged the most sought-after with 90 percent booked, followed by Majorca, and then Minorca (60 percent).
