Nearly 20'000 people in the Balearics have had no access to medical assistance for over a year now, according to ONG Doctors Without Borders.
Vice president of the organisation Miguel Reyero, says that since the new laws put in place last year by the health authorities, 20'000 people have lacked proper assistance and there were even reports of 20 immigrants being expelled and turned away from the Balearic Health Service (IB-S).
