THE Casal Solleric centre will be opening exhibitions by four leading artists, as part of the celebrations for the Night of Art festival, where many galleries in Palma will open later than usual. Doors will open at 8pm with the four artists at hand to explain the work, these being Nono Bandera, Cristina Escape, Betty Gold and Mark Schultz.
The exhibitions will remain in place at the Casal Solleric until 13 November, said the councillor for Culture and Education in Palma, Rogelio Araújo.
Mark Schultz will be displaying a collection of drawings inspired by the world of comics. Betty Gold will have on show a series of steel sculptures. Cristina Escape will explore 30 years of her history in art and Nano Bandera will create an optical and visual display.
