Palma.—After months of negotiations, uncertainty, strikes  and public protests, the Balearic Symphony Orchestra is finally ready to kick start their musical season for this year on 2 November at the Auditorium  after having spent the past year at the Teatro Principal.
The differences separating the orchestra  and the three entities that oversee it, the government, Palma City Council and the Council of Majorca, seem to be at last resolved and all efforts are now being made  to ensure that the orchestra is  “at its  very best” for debut night.
