Property prices fall by 30 percent since 2007

Palma.—Property prices in the Balearics have slumped almost thirty percent since the beginning of the recession in 2007.
The information revealed yesterday by  real estate company experts Tinsa also shows, the decline is still 10% lower than in the rest of the country.
All over Spain, property prices have gone down on average 38,9% since 2007.
