AS the storm force winds throughout Majorca made the Bonfire Night Fiesta impossible to be held on Saturday night, Mallorca Cricket Club intend to fire the two enormous Bonfires at the club ground Magalluf this Friday 13th November at 6.00pm.
The Club will open its doors free of charge for families to come along and witness a really good blaze!
From 6.00pm the clubhouse will be open for hot and cold drinks plus snacks so that folk who do attend will enjoy a pleasant hour-or-so in good company in the light of two blazing fires.
Unfortunately it's too late to re-arrange fireworks and all the rest of the activities that were originally on offer at the Club last Saturday night, but Club members would love to enjoy with those who wish to come along a warming early evening.
BONFIRE GOODIES WILL BE ON SALE
Wendy Peters will be at the Club selling her traditional Bonfire goodies to the kids and all comers are most welcome.
Sometimes things don't always go to plan - however the Mallorca Cricket Club and its members prefer to smile between gritted teeth rather than whinge and moan about their bad luck!
