Now winter is coming and what we like most is being at home beside the fireplace and share a pleasant evening with our loved ones. Mallorca fans enjoy a good "pa amb oli" mallorquin (bread with olive oil, tomato, garlic and a bit of cheese or ham) made with Virgin olive oil.

The oil comes from the tramuntana mountains around the small, pintoresque village Sóller, and is very appreciated for its high nutritional value and culinary quality.

As good as the deliocious majorcan food is our Xató. A delicious red wine made from Mantonegro (tipical majorcan grape), Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, settled in french oak barrels.  A dark red wine with violet tones and aromatic delicat nuances of liquorice, fennel, orange and red fruits. Powerful, fine and long lasting on the palate. A finely defined and full-bodied wine, ideal to share with your family and friends in these cold evenings sitting near a fireplace and enjoying the little pleasures of our lifes.
