Palma.—The third edition of Palma’s MareMostra international cinema festival, to be held from 26 to 31 May, will have Sweden as the invited country.
Organisers of the event said yesterday, given the success experienced in the previous editions, the space allocated for the festival will be increased by three times. Swedish ambassador for Spain, Cecilia Julin and Mateo Isern, Mayor of Palma, signed yesterday a deal to confirm the Nordic country will have its own section at the first European film festival dedicated exclusively to the sea.
